Department of Computer Science
The Computer Science Department of Govt. P G college , Guna (MP) was established in 2002. The Department offers two postgraduate programs M Sc & PGDCA . In addition, it supports the execution of an undergraduate four year program ( B.Sc.) in terms of teaching of Computer Science as a subject according to NEP. The Department, with the current faculty strength of four guest faculties, sufficiently caters to its requisite teaching and research requirements. The Department has a modern computing lab, a departmental library & an air-conditioned staff room. In addition, the Department has Wi-Fi connectivity. Internet facility is also available in the computer lab to cater computing needs of the Department such as compilers of the popular programming languages, RDBMS software (Oracle, SQL server), communication facility etc. One Plasma Screen having white and green board is installed in the Laboratory to demonstrate practical works to the students. In addition to the regular courses dept also executes two Add on certificate Courses for its learners.
